its just about a cop in new tokyo (*cause the old one was destroyed) who is in the alien division hunting the most dangerous aliens and villains, when his wife and kids are murdered by an alien cult who are tryingto raise (jonas) a mthical person that was rumoured to have destroyed the old tokyo, along the way he discovers that he was part of the project created alongside Jonas but was discarded because he was too weak and he has to stop Jonas.. well that the quick jist of it
