I cant sleep at night beause i stay up all night thinking of my ex and every where I go I hear our song HELP!!!

its a pain whenever u hear the song u can't help it but think of ur ex i know its really hard but the only way to not feel that way is to try and get over ur ex the sooner the better or just try to move on fill ur day out so even wen u hear the song u dont relise its ur song
