join a social group! like a club at ur skool. or raise ur hand in calss mor offten. wat i did to stop bein shy was go to a place were most ppl were younger than me wit alot of freinds, and we talked to each other like they wern't there, and talked to them like they were our equals, we just didnt care, and after that i got over shynes! ^^ i hope that helps, if it didn't plz make it sure that i was babaling on and ona and on.

i know, ^-^ it amazes my freinds too. all of them r liek 'wow ur not shy r u?" causei went up to this random person and said, "ur name's Troy rite?" cause 1 of my freinds liked him. it was hilarious cause i just point at random ppl and go to them and say stuff like "i liek that tatoo wered u get it!?"

oh meh gosh XD my bff is like the shy-est thing ever XD Ahh soo annoying ((yet adorakle)) cuz she is like a nervous reck ad start tew blush at the simplest things the give her alot of eye contact && attention XD Im her total opposite ..im wayy more out-going and A DEFINTE out-spoken person XD Teehe XD ADVICE! Pretend they are all in thier undiez XD lol j.k but take deep breaths and relax and act cool and casual and MOST ((IMPORTANTLY)) beh yuurself :D But dont push yuurself either XD

Gosh....I understad you..I'm BEYOND shy..when I try to be cool and stuff it works (but on the inside I'm completely dying)and well,I have stage fright too..so yea...and I don't get mnay friend bcuz I'm not so outgoing (only with ppl I like) and I don't take the first step in making friends,I laways expect them to take the first step,and be nice.well I can't join clubs because I take advanced classes so I'm completely filled up with work T^T.but u can do it i'm sure!!so yea try not to make eye contact though,it'll make ur even more nervous

i dont make eye contact sumtimes but if i dont my mum will hit me i dont have alot of friends myself i only have 4 i feel bad at times 2 becuz everyone around be talkin and i juss cant say anythin
