Ok i have asked a bunch of my friends " How do you make movies ? " I always get the same answer " Windows Movie Maker ." Well, i turns out my computer can not run it because I do not have windows vista, and my mom will not go out and buy it. So the question is : Does anyone use any other movie maker that i could use? If you do PLEASE TELL ME! I can not go out and buy it so it has to be a download. Ok that's it. PLease comment because i need help.
Reply to this Topicthere's this movie-maker-like-thing called pivot where u make stickman movies over the internet. they're really popular. go to google and type in "pivot download", but instead of getting the stickman version get the new advanced version that can help u make cartoon characters. i herd sum1 remade Narto through that system witxh proves it's pretty good

I just made my first AMV an posted it on here. I have an iMac and I didn't feel like ripping DVDs, spending ours converting and other lame stuff. I used iShowU which records your computer screen and saves it in virtually any format. And Windows Movie Maker is standard on all PCs from 2000 on up. WMM is ok at best to create a basic AMV or the like, but has a tendency to freeze or close completely. So, if you use it, be sure to save like every 10 minutes! And you don't need to buy WMM, just go to the Microsoft website and download the patch that updates the drivers/utilities to accommodate your current system with the proper files for WMM. Oh, an it's free. :D
