If is naruto. He'll be madara. Kinda sounds like the guy in one piece too, but the name was coby. Madara is still pretty much alive after being beaten down by the 4th. Just an fyi. And sealing off the 9 tails. You'll learn about their history first.

Also im pretty sure the 1st Hokage beat the crap outa him, I could be wrong though.

There must be a mix up here, Im talking about the first shinobi war, where Hashirama Senju's( First hokage) clan the Senju Clan and Madara Uchiha's clan ( The uchihas) were fighting because they were the top two strongest clans. Sooner or later they made truths and formed Konoha using Senju's kekkie Genkai wood ability to form the foundation of Konoha. Then came the fight for the spot of Hokage, Hashirama and Mandara both fought at the Valley of the end( the spot where sasuke and naruto fought) Mandara Lost and was beaten up to shit, he was presumed dead, but he escaped, I think nine years later he came back to konoha with the control of the 9 tailed fox, and well you know the rest.
