Tenchi Muyo a sci-fi swordfighting harem comedy. It does follow the no-nipples/pubic-hair rule tho. If you want something uncensored, try Girls Bravo, but only the dub is uncensored (the sub even cuts out the banana eating scene). El Hazard has fighting, super powers, robots, world-destoying-weapons, cross-dressing, and even lesbiens... with nothing to censor ;)
