ooo, lots to choose from.. Galaxy Expess 999, Astoboy (aka Tetsuwan Atom), Tenchi Muyo, Akira, Battle Angel, Armitage the Third, Gall Force, Patlabor, Bubblegum Crisis, Dominion Tank Police ("The Ulitimate Deturent!" that part always makes me lol). Guess I'd have to say Tenchi Muyo is my absolute fav. I'm a Tenchi Fanatic ;)

From the early 80's I like Fist of the North Star. It was one of the first big Shonen animes and has like 200 episodes!
