Definitely Tokyo Mew Mew, lots of girls with animal ears there. Spice and Wolf has a girl with wolf ears and tail but its not perverted though it is mature, as in its about a dude on a business trip who meets a wolf-goddess lo, really good anime with some romance and cleverness though. Loveless has some cat ears too. Galaxy Angel is cute (as you want) and has an animal ears girl, and if you look up 'kemonomimi' on Wikipedia you get a huge list of characters and animes like that.

Maybe Manabi Straight or Gokujou Seitokai(Best Student Council) both are really cute school based anime's, oh and also check out School Rumble if you can find it.

Oh no lol ten? Then avoid Loveless, this isn't pervy but its a little too much for a ten-year old with some near mature themes your parents may not like (thought you were like 15-18, sorry). Tokyo mew mew is perfect for you though! And Sailor Moon! :D

lol i aint like normal 10yrs old i watch too much anime i first use wikipedia then google images so i can see what they are like =P btw i watch these animes... azumanga daioh pita ten bottle fairy ojamajo doremi lucky star pani poni dash mewmewpower fruits basket keroro gunso shugo chara chi's sweet home a little snow fairy sugar full moon wo sagashite (manga part is yotsuba) and basicly those kinds i can watch o-o
