Hmm Air gear manga is really good. Also History's strongest deciple Kenichi, and Blue Dragon Ral Grad. Blue Dragon isn't like the anime at all. It's way more mature with a totally different storyline and charactors.

What kind of manga are you searching for? do you want one that is already complete or i going on? for exaple i'm actually reading fairy tail, ashita no yoichi, holyland, ... maybe you'll like one of them

Amatsuki is character-driven. Lots of intrigue, not a lot of fighting. But it requires some thought to understand.
