That's a truly difficult question, but if I had to pick one, I would have to go with Histories Strongest Disciple Kenichi.

hm my fav 1 is all from .hack// (.hack//Sign, .hack//Roots, .hack//G.U. ...) 2 fav is code geass and code geass r2 and 3 fav is d.gray-man ^^

air gear, i like it the most of all, although the ending was half during the story. well, i got manga for that:P
hmmm i love naruto(of coruse)and i like mai hime(it rocks)
toss up b/t Neon Genesis Evangelion and Rouroni Kenshin but Naruto Samurai Champloo FMA and Cowboy Bebop get honorable mention
