Its not the guy from Gbravo and not the girl ether the girl has pink hair and he is really short but I don't know what the pic if from
I just joined as well. =] Regarding to the pic, I don't think there is an anime that goes with it. I have seen that pic many times before and it's the only one I have ever seen with those characters. I think it might be fan art or something. But I could be wrong.
