i hope he will but he going to take a lot to get him back maybe sakuar can do it
he is going to come back but he wants to destroy konoha well thats what in the manga. so it might not go that way in the anime its a fifty-fifty chance.
I say that saskue will come back because i also agree with 11sam1234 and Aya122 said it may just be both
