What is there to know about me?? well, to start, my name is Mark, i am 21 years old, currently living in Toronto, Canada. I have just graduated from College in June. While I was in school I studied Culinary Management and now have my Diploma and red seal certification in that field. I was most recently working as a Pastry Chef up until august when i decided to take a break from working in restaurants. I am now focusing on Automotive work (Which i love) and am temporarily working for Toyota as a service technician. In my spare time I study Ju-jitsu, Kendo and Shorinji Kempo,and i also like to spend time with my friends and family, and especially little nephew. Next March i will be moving to Holland for a year to work at the Hilton as a Pastry Chef, definitely looking forward to that opportunity.
