Yep, I had an old useless piece of code. When I removed it, I could add those two pieces of code anywhere! Plus I added inside the last bracket after the semi-colon
background-color: honeydew;} and it added a panel attached to the last white bar...
I meant lightgreen, not honeydew...
So, the code looks like thiis now
