and you can't find it using the FAQ, try posting under the specific forum
that addresses your issue in our Support Forums. For anything that
isn't problem-related feel free to write. I can't promise I will be able to
read them all or respond to all these messages, but if you have something that

hi there. I just saw your reply to my post in the help forum. I fixed the problem with the colors. I simply saved the .avi file again, but this time using a DivX codec instead of the default one of my software (Camtasia Studios). I hope it helps.
