Meiji Era (All anime on Veoh)

8.5/10 *human guy goes to school with horny monster girls* Love this show. There's something here for everyone I think! Its funny and cute to watch the hot monster girls fight over the main character splashed in with legendary fan service. On a deeper level, I enjoyed the mythology and variety behind each character too, which is used very well. If you're into Halloween or monster movies at all you'll enjoy this. Best of all, this anime has many good songs throughout. Ep 5 is my favorite by far, give it try!

7/10 *Magic school drop-out gets a new job with a magical girl plus a big robot* Man I loved this short anime. Its more a guy's anime, and wasn't original or ground-breaking, but the characters are so so likable and the pace is fast. Dr. West is hilarious. If you're into the giant robo action like Big O or Gigantor, its here too. Apparently there are a bunch of Lovecraft references too, for fans of that. Best of all, many twists, not Aizen-level twists but still pretty good ones. Satisfying ending.

10/10 *Teenage girls are made into serial killers by a supposed curse, so they must solve the mystery to save themselves* One of the best series ever, period. Any kind of fan can enjoy it! The first episode was dull, but then it starts rolling strong. Lots of twists with a beautiful and very satisfying ending in season 2 (Kai). Some of the most memorable scenes in the last few years of anime. Don't miss it while its up. Check out the on-going spin-off, Umineko, too, its already one of the best of this year.

9/10 *Teenage punk becomes a ghost detective, hunting down demons with clever powers and companions* You know how the fights in Naruto, One Piece, and Bleach are real clever and way more interesting than some cliched sword-fighting? YYH was doing that back in the 90's. Throw in DBZ energy battles, great sad scenes, humor, and some of the most likable characters in history and you got one of the true classics of Shonen anime. Don't miss the amazing Dark Tournament Arc!

6/10 *Magical guy meet magical hottie, fights other magical boys and girls* I'm sorry for the average score fanboys and fangirls, but this was pretty... average for me. Worth seeing for a couple of really good scenes like Lancer's and has a good ending. Good if you're into RPGs or Zelda since it has characters based on job classes (berserker, archer, mage, etc). But these could have been expanded on much more.

8/10 *Shinigami again* Great anime with amazing music. The upside is that there are some really cool and interesting concepts in SE. Great anime for all with comedy blended in. Some of the better characters in the last few years like Medusa and Eruka. I enjoyed the fight scenes immensly! The downside is these concepts are not used to their full potential as in DBZ or Bleach; there are a few LONG boring moments and some scenes that could have been a lot better, but at the end you'll be glad you saw it all.

9/10 *everyday office guy become involved with a dangerous team of spec OP killers* Now this is what I'm talking about. Freakin awesome show from the start to finish. Great action, plot twists, characters and some of the best music I've heard. Most awesome shoot-outs since Cowboy Bebop! Great for fans of that anime, Monster, Kite, or GitS. Really hardcore and hot female lead.

2/10 *Basically very short episodes recreate European history in a comical manner with chibis and obnoxious characters* The novelty wears off very quickly and I felt the jokes got rehashed too much. Thank Haruhi its so short. WWII was an amazing period and this doesn't fit it at all. Its trying to make it light-hearted and the jokes are not funny anyhow. Excel Saga or Full Metal Panic is funny. Italy acting retarded going "Pasta!!" is not.m

7/10 * A bitter widower searching for his lost daughter starts a father-daughter relationship with a pure-hearted robot girl* This was fun and made me feel good! Great for newcomers. Very likable characters. There's nothing really original here, but some really good memorable moments make it worth seeing and Solty Rei is not as predictable as most animes. Action wasn't bad and there's lots of humor and "cuteness". Little romance, but there are lots of good "family moments", and thats a very nice change.

I've added a ton of new series and OVAs, so check them out, I'd recommend Gurren Lagan and Solty Rei really fun animes~
