You NEED to watch Ef- A Tale of Memories and season 2, Ef- A Tale of Melodies!! Less comedy, more romance, but it's the best thing you'll ever see.

to tell u the truth y not try this ugly yet beautiful worl it good just not alot of episodes, and next try beck: mongolian chop squad its but also not alot of episodes.
Princess Tutu is more of a tragic love story... Mermaid Melody is pretty good but not fully subbed ( no one ever did it ) .... Wedding Peach is great... InuYasha is really good ( i am curently watching it ).... Tokyo Mew Mew is a love story through out parts but it is really funny.... and thats all i got...
I've become a fan of TORADORA I think it fits both
