Jasdero

Twins who, together, represent the "bonds" of Noah. Of the two of them, Devit appears to be the more dominant and calculating of the two, and plays the role of the older brother. Jasdero despite his strange appearance and stitched mouth, is the submissive, more innocent of the two. He has an affinity for his hair, and seeks comfort with Devit when it gets damaged. They resent being called "the twins", and instead opt to refer to themselves collectively as Jasdevi. Both of them carry revolvers, and have a habit of aiming them at random things, including one another. Unlike the other Noah they do not dress formally when gathering at the Earl's breakfast.
