- MAKATI CITY, Philippines--Estelito Mendoza, legal counsel for Pasay City-based Southeastern College, describes the P100-million copyright infringement case the school filed against software giant Microsoft. The case is touted as the first of its kind in the Philippines. The case alleges that Microsoft illegally copied and distributed a copyrighted teacher training manual developed by the school.
