"His attitude was not: "I can do it better than you," but simply: "I can do it." What he meant by doing was doing superlatively."

I have two interests: martial arts and philosophy. That, and the fact that it is the first thing I state in a section intended to tell something about myself, should tell you quite a lot about me. Ive studied TaekwonDo for 14 years now, and it is basically the only sport I enjoy. Ive dabbled a little in a variety of other Martial Arts, mostly through my TKD organization though. I compete on two tournament circuits, NASKA and UTA. UTA (United TaekwonDo Academies) is my organization, and we run statewide tournaments. NASKA is a national circuit. I try to spend as much time doing things relating to the martial arts as I can. "My philosophy, in essence, is the concept of man as a heroic being, with his own happiness as the moral purpose of his life, with productive achievement as his noblest activity, and reason as his only absolute." - Ayn Rand Im a Reasonist - sort of a "soft and cuddly" version of Objectivism. Im an Atheist. I think irrational things are stupid - including your religion. But hey, they are good for a laugh for me at your expense. I want to rid the world of irrational thought, one idiot at a time - not for the sake of helping my fellow man, but purely for my own selfish desire not to have to deal with irrational people. If you are intrigued by any of this, there may be hope for you yet. People tell me Im tactless and overbearingly narcissistic. I consider it a compliment. Besides, tact is vastly overrated. It tends to get in the way of my brilliant points, so I dont bother with it. Im also witty and charming... in a tactless and narcissistic way.
