to answer ur question. there is a new rule on veoh that if a video is 20 minutes or more then there will be a 5 minutes preview of it instead of showing the whole thing. if it is less then 20 minutes then it will show all of it. hope that explains much.

sry i havent check my veoh in awhile but ya im confused about the new rule too. i mean it was suppose to be a 20 min rule but then they have videos like that and so ya im confused too.
