Well, i would like to know your preferences before listing some, but here's some from most genre's. Noir, FLCL, Evangelion, Girls bravo, Tenjou Tenge, rozen maiden, Slayers, Seto no hanayome, Witch hunter robin, Excel saga, azumanga diaoh, and hellsing. There, covered most genres and these are all pretty good.

I think I know some they haven't said. how about Mushi-shi, Higurashi no naku koro ni, hell girl. love love. Tomeki memorial, and Tora dora is looking promising along with alot of other fall anime.
