Security, which has benefitted every citizen of this country!...And will continue to benifit every citizen of this country In spite of the chicken little yammerings of the right-wing professional bullshitters!!!

These companys (and their blatantly overpaid executives) then dump the retirement plan in the govt.'s (taxpayer's) lap...& go their merry ways. The people who did productive work for that company get a small portion of what they were promised.

Companys with with private retirement plans have all too often spent the money in the plan on other things (Exorbitant executive salaries & bonuses) and then told the people who had done productive work for 30 or 40 years based on the promise of a comforatable retirement, that it aint gonna happen!
