Thats a torrent site, there's torrents all over the internet for any kind of file often not available elsewhere. In torrents first someone uploads a file on a site and its called a torrent. People who download from the torrent become a part of the torrent and when future people dl from it they download from those people too off the very file on their com. The more people who download the faster and more popular it is, hence the name "torrent" (rushing water). Seeds are people with the complete file. All torrents begin with one seed: the original uploader. Leeches are people who have it incomplete.

To be in the torrent you need a client (program) which allows you to make your computer a part of the torrent and leech/seed the file. You can google Azureus Vuze, it is a good program, but it can be tricky so follow directions closely. After installation, save the file you want's link on your com and open it with the torrent client and you will be added. WARNING: be careful many torrents are fakes with worms and viruses that will destroy your com. If you're going to use one, use safe torrent sites with lots of fans like Animesuki; beginners stay away from Mininova unless you want to reinstall windows XP and lose all your music and anime. Don't use torrents for illegal activities either.

btw forgot about this...but does limewire count as a client?

also alot of torrent have virus limewire is not a client (i think) but download bittorrents that the best one and if u need help pm me

Yeah she's right Limewire's not a client, its a P2P program that shares files one on one but its very similar to the torrent thing, you'll see. And see what I mean: many torrents do have viruses, helloshamone said so too lol! So stick to safe sites with a lot of anime fans already.

and most of the time it say it be free that be wrong =.= the best place to download anime and anime songs is Gendou make an account and there u go

another good client is uTorrent. it's simple to use for the most part.
