Check their site for when episode 19 subs are released. When they are I download then upload it, the time it takes from a release to it being uploaded varies. Basically just wait for Formula to release. Once they do, subs'll be on here. Only after Formula releases, not before. Of course there's exceptions like if some other group starts subbing Shugo Chara which isn't very likely. Sorry if that was too long.

Not all the episodes are out yet. Raws of episode 1-21 are out, episode 22 isn't out yet. Subs for episode 1-18 are out. Formula is the only group still subbing Shugo Chara.
