he is lelouch from code geass. i got this from the season 2. code geass is a good anime to watch! lelouch is quite similar to yagami light from death note in some aspects.

hi! thanks for your reply! yeah it is a good anime, but there's not much romance. however there are a lot of action and plot twists, because lelouch is such a great strategists. do try it!! anyway, lelouch is such a bishie too hehee.
