I'm sorry I don't have an answer to your question. I would think that it is legal to download the items you asked about or they would already be asking for a fee. Like the various music shared sites do. If it is for your own use and not for any monetary gain I would thing it would be okay but that is my opinion at this point in time. Sorry I don't have anything concrete for you.
