I put two posts on yer "I need Help" thread in the Shishio customize group to answer yer question, TearAway15... Ya got to do the TX thing first... Very first fix...

Please change the State spelling to two letters TX TearAway15. That most likely will unfreeze yer account so you can do more stuff... Then click "Save Changes" and see if the spelling stayed TX.
