Wow there is a bunch! On MangaFox look up the ones under the smut or the mature category. I highly recommend Burkuya na silent( It's under the B's-can't spell), any manga of Minami Hakura's(she's the queen of Yaoi), Capturing the lambs (somewhere under the K section in japanese, you'll have to search for it.), Keep Out, Othello, Love Neko, and The magical boy(something like that). I would give out more titles but I read so many and most of them has the title in Japanese making it difficult to remember. Sorry. TT_TT but they have very good stories.
