I like it pretty well; it has a Salad Fingers vibe to it. If the faces were animated, they could be much more expressive. Overall a good job, though, 3D animation is WAY harder than it looks. I'll stick to ink and cels, thank you ;)
That's way cute. You've really conveyed the motion really well--was that done by hand or did you use motion capture? I understand that getting feet to 'play nice' with floors can be a difficult thing if you're doing it by hand; software now has collision avoidance but matching someone's stride to how far they travel relative to the 'set' is supposed to be difficult.
Did you build the model yourself, or use modified stock-elements (like poser?)
The skin texture is really nice. When I played with 3d graphics (about 8 years ago, mostly just making plants and such with Bryce), textures for things with subsurface reflection, like skin, or like a glass of milk, were not very convincing.
I understand that hair and cloth are a lot easier to do and more convincing with modern softwares.
