What causes this?
http://www.veoh.com/group/suggested-anime-w1st-episodes * when I hover over the "i" on each thumbnail, it flashes the pop-up repeatedly and you can't read it. What causes this and is there a way too to make it stay up more than a split-second?

lol no I've been real tired lately not really in a creative mood but here's what've made for you so far, I can't think of or really know a way to put a cool ice effect on it, guess water and light are my Naruto attributes...
