YES there's a way to add a fourth background to your profile! NO WAY WTF OMG! It will be on the bottom. Make sure to add the URL link for the BG you want there to the empty parenthesis.

Be sure to place these codes near the bottom of your CSS. Also, if its not showing up, it could be for a myriad of reasons. The best thing to do is play around with the other background-containing sections in terms of width and 'position: absolute' codes to see if it remedies the situation.
EXPERTS: Also if you use a custom banner code in the middle of your page, through #veohBody_top section and not #veohBody, this will become a useful way to add a background section for your main descrip part of your page.
