I think they will because Jacob imprinted on Renesmee. The whole issue was pretty much explained through Sam imprinting on Emily.

ya i rly hope he ends up with her cuz i mean he imprinted and he'll actually have someone to love later on and i'm sure renesmee will love him too cuz he'll be there her whole life prob. and becuz she has some bella in her, she'll fall for him hihi
I wasn't expecting the whole imprinting thing between Jacob and Renesmee, but as soon as Edward started to avoid Bella's question's...I knew it.
