I'd have to say Sailor Moon, Venus and Neptune are the prettiest.

Although I am not a huge fan of Mars, I think she may be the prettiest. I actually think Uranus is really pretty too, lol..although she only has the feminine look in Sailor Scout form. Still pretty though.
