best manga ever is air gear:D it's about a time when there exist storm riders, ppl who use special skates called AT's with engines in them, and form groups to battle eachother with cool tricks and stuff to conquer the victory tower or something (i actually forgot the name of the tower:S) and prove that they're the best AT users in the world, there ikki (main character) finds some AT's, and it turns out he has great talent, and forms a group with his friends.

Parfait Tic! Two handsome cousins come to live in some flat, which is above girl named Fuuko. Fuuko is very cheerful and cute girl and she's kinda similar with one cousin named Daiya. Other cousin Ichi is totally different. He's smart, cold and he's kinda unfriendly. Well.. but everything will change, when Fuuko falls in love with Daiya, who doesn't now what's liking, still he's girlsmagnet and he likes to play with girls. Fuuko's relationship with Ichi is good and after Daiya turns Fuuko down, Fuuko understands that she's fallen for Ichi. Fuuko changes Ichi one of the popular boys. Now is Ichi smiling and kind boy. But not for long, cuz there appears his last love - 5 years older woman than all of them :P It is really great manga and i loved to read it. Still there's couple of volumes unpublished. It's definitely the manga, what i should suggest ^^
