Hehe Evil Villians interesting well I could go old school with a character whos name was Jinai from an older Pioneer anime called El Hazard. He definitely wasn't some evil genius, but he definitely was annoying : P Hmm cant think of one in particular lol Oh so much evil oh so much :p Hmm I got it most evil/ annoying manga/anime characters of all time :p
have to be Griffith from Berserk because his role as a villain is so weird ya know?

if you asked me this question for about 5 days ago I would probably answeard: OMG it MUST be Itachi from Naruto!! I mean he slaughtered his own village. but now when I have read the naruto manga I think Im going to say satan/lucifer from the anime 666 satan.
