where is episode 9 we need episode 9 sub and in dub :)

WELL Lucky Star IS licensed...was so awesomely popular...so..that was obviously coming :(...and dub!? they killed everyones lovely voices in that...(like ALL DUBS...)..esp Konatas' its SO MATURE IN THE DUB T.T
