I-CON This year will be the 28th year, thus I-CON 28 I have been documenting I-CON, way before my TV shows were created. This collection of video, was taped in 1998. These 3 shows, give a good insight into what this fan run convention is about, although dated. I-CON 28 is relocated from Stony Brook University, to S. C. C. C.
