I searched all over the place to find the chapters that actually plays. I was trying to watch this on newgrounds but the preloader kept freezing up. It was so frustrating to get so far only to have to stop due to technical glitches. I love this series!

real nice considering the fact that it was hand made and by only one person and the story was good

the ending is very cool, nice usage of the music. like the overall serie very much only problem was I had to watch it from the start like 5 times becouse I always forgot what happened before. Started when episode 6 came out xD

I really enjoyed it. You have a lot of talent. I know how hard it is to make Flash animation come off well and you did a good job. You've got a future in this. Good Luck on your next endeavor.

I think this is the most amazing animation i have ever seen that a single person has done by himself using his own skills and computer, i mean you must have a lot of patience to do something so clever, i mean the plot is really great, it may aswell be a proper show because i give it a 10/10, well done you must be proud of this, i really like it, it can't wait to se what happens at the end. I think you should make another one!! if u did i wud be so happy, even the way u got all the voice actors and that, and the sound effects like rain and cars and explosions and guns, its very clever!!

this is a very good flash animation. the stylistic elements it borrows from anime is commendable. the animation pays keen attention to reflections, lighting and shadows. the direction and camera sweeps make up for the limitations of animating in flash. the background scores are particularly well done. for a "one man and friends" animation production this is worth a watch. good job mate, i definitely give it a thumbs up!

Look. It's not anime, it's not anything, it can't be catagoried as anything but 'original design'. Yes, I know how shoddy artwork can piss people off but that's expected of COMPANIES and people who can basically draw a couple of lines and make it digitally into art (no offence but I'm trying to make a point here.). HOWEVER. This is NOT a company, this is some guy who slaved away at a computer, making countless frames with probably only a tablet and Macromedia flash, FOR 4 YEARS, only to get comments like 'Oh this anime design is crap.'. Seriously. Rant OVER.

I think that Tyler put alot of effort into this.. and for everyone out there that says it sucks i can see where your coming from.. but respect others work .. dude put this out here for your viewing.. if you dont like it just dont watch it.. or go make something yourself so others can tell you the same shit ... mad props to you Tyler and I am going to finish watching now! Oh for all you anime buffs .. Stay away from mainstream.. and Pokemon is gay! lol

I am always looking for depictions of man being tempered for his purpose in life and the spirit of man to be strengthen as it struggles to emerge victorious through the many trials and tribulatons that both are subjected to during lifetime of living.

Can you imagine this being picked up by a major anime company, and Minushi being turned into a series instead of a movie. I imagine the character depth would be amazing and the plot more diverse ^.^ That would be so cool! This is such an awesome story it can only get better!

i suppose ive watched countless anime n toons while i was growing up, n with my own kids too ,its not the worst iv ever seen,and i suppose again this guys work will only get better,is this the 1st of many to come

Nicely made! Of course it's difficult to get a high-quality-animation series with the work of one man but I've seen whole corporations which weren't as good as you in making a good animation with a nice story and such a style :D

meh, I suppose the story's pretty good, but the animation looks like it was freaking done in MS paint. Props on the story, but pretty much everything I've seen is better in the animation department. I hope you improve and don't give up!

seemed alright, but why put the videos in backwards on the channel? That makes it hard to get into the movie I only made it to chapter 7. If he expects people to buy his DVD in order to see the end he should make it easy to watch his channel.

Why is Minushi getting so much attention now? its been out for at least 4 years, probably even longer? i cant remember. All i do remember is waiting around for it to be completed, and that never happened.

Pretty good for a one man show. But below average if you compare it to animations made by larger project groups. I think the whole anime is a bit annoying tho... can`t really tell what is.

I mean chapter 1

I like this...but there are some things I would like to pay attention. If you listen music carefully from 0.19-0.24 it sounds like a little edited ripoff from death note. Hmmm...I like this and i appriciate your work (i know how hard it can be...) but... please pay more attention to music. Music is one of the most important things in movies or in animation, because it creates the atmosphere into it.

ep10-14--Ah later on in the story it gets a bit better in its production, but it still is kind of iffy in overall presentation. Motives just seem to be ''there'' not built or created, but then again the episodes are reeealy short. eh. 14 ends so cheesily that I don't think even cheese could nearly compare. Oh well. At least I can see that the whole series is improving.

I'm gonna try to put my thoughts down without any spoilers.. if possible.. --ep1-5--Hmm.. How do I put it... Major-league over-annuciation? They sound like they're dying or something.. or reading from a history book in front of class, and their s and t sounds are loudly present.. Hm.. the vocals really do subtract from the effect presented, but I can't really pinpoint what besides that oh well... but the voices do seem to match the characters they are placed upon. My other note is that the intro's aren't needed, considering a previous episode is just a few minutes long, so one every four episodes or so would be better spacing for recap... -----But.. eh.. someone put a lot of time and effort into this project.. so I'm going to watch a bit more, since it did take so much time to make... maybe it changes or the production improves as the story continues? Hmm... possible

The show is pretty good. Considering the guy did it all by himself. But god these characters are stupid. Especially the brother, for gods sake get some sense. Oh and I think that one robot is maybe a little insane in the main frame.

At first I was rather dubious about the almost infantile animation of the characters and objects in Minushi. This was 2 or 3 weeks ago when I saw it for the first time (only 1-5 was available then) and after watching what was available at the time, I forgot about the show. Now, though, I have stumbled upon it again and have watched the 6-12. As I watched it, the unique character designs and simplistic object designs has grown on me. Perhaps these also help to draw attention more to the storyline of the show, which is remarkably impressive in my opinion. The voice acting is done very well, and the voices seem to match perfectly with the characters. Overall, Minushi is a very good show and well worth the time it takes to watch it. It will turn some anime fans off immediately and I can see why, but I encourage them to take the time to watch a few chapters and before they know it, they will find the goldmine of entertainment that is Minushi.
